Sen. John Braun and Reps. Richard DeBolt and Ed Orcutt are hosting a telephone town-hall meeting April 3 at 6:30 pm. All citizens from the 20th Legislative District are invited to participate in the community conversation.
Constituents can participate from the comfort of their own home by calling toll-free 1-877-229-8493 and then when prompted, enter pin number: 15588. Listeners will have the opportunity to ask their elected officials questions (by pressing *3) or they can just listen to the conversation. They will also be able to answer poll questions provided by the legislators.
“I look forward to discussing the important issues facing the 20th District,” said Sen. Braun, R-Centralia. “Having Representatives DeBolt and Orcutt on hand to give us the House’s perspective is a huge bonus.”
“I’m looking forward to a positive, constructive dialogue with constituents,” said Orcutt, R-Kalama. “With about a month left in the legislative session, there are still a lot of issues out there that will impact people’s lives.”
“This technology allows us to reach out to thousands of constituents and share our perspectives on the legislative session,” said House Republican Leader Richard DeBolt, R-Chehalis. “We encourage people to participate and look forward to taking questions.”
